World of Warcraft Burning Crusade Guide Updated

The huge amount of data (every single quest is now linked to a WoW database and includes exact coordinates) resulted in a delay for the latest update to the Burning Crusade Guide. Aside from that several chapters were modified, updated or added.

Update Notes:

The complete quest guide to level 70 received a fair deal of updating. Quests were removed, added, and changed in order. Quests received links and locations. An addon download tip on how to get a locations ingame was added.
A new look was implemented for all tables
Racial traits for Draenei and Blood Elves were added
Some missing currencies were included
Information on Outposts and Towns was updated and added, together with a few missing outposts
The reputations chapter received a minor updated
A grinding location in Shadowmoon Valley got added

On top of that several smaller content mistakes were corrected or updated.
