Usually updates are being published after major patches and when new expansions come out. But even in periods where there are no major changes being made to a game, the guides for that game are usually being updated every two or three months.
How long do you keep publishing updates for a guide?
Our authors are being contracted for as long as the guide remains online. If a guide is in our shop, an author is assigned to it and keeps an eye on the progress of the game. The guides remain online until the game gets shut down.
Does guide AB include XY and is it suitable for PQ?
We gladly answer any questions you might have about a guide - no matter how specific. Just drop us a line on our contact form and we will get back to you within 24 hours. Please note that for very specific and detailed questions (e.g. "My necromancer is level 31 and only has the staff of mediocre orc slaying - can I still complete the quests mentioned in the guide description?") we need to contact the authors directly and it might take a little longer before we get back to you with a detailed reply.
We are always working on new guides and will gladly update you on our progress. If you are interested in specific topics, just drop us a line and we let you know about our plans and when new products become available.
When you buy a product, an account will be created automatically for you. It's not necessary (nor possible) to create an account before you buy a product.
After completing payment, you will receive an e-mail with a user name and password for our member area. You may then log in and download any guides you purchased. You can specify the e-mail to which this information is being sent when you buy the guide and change it later on in our member area.
All products are being sold via Clickbank. Currently you can purchase the guides via their side with PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners, Discover and JCB.
Do you sell in-game currency or powerleveling services?
We employ highly qualified people who truly understand not only the games they play but also what kind of advice and help gamers are looking for. That's what we are good at and on what we focus all of our efforts. Operating a gold farming or powerleveling site requires different skills and prerequisites - we leave that to people who are experts at that and will gladly refer you to one of our partners for those kind of services.
Our system sends out an e-mail with your login data as soon as your payment has been received. If you do not receive a message within 10 minutes after signing up, please check if the payment in your PayPal account show up as "cleared" (if you pay using an eCheck this can take a few days).
