Paradox Interactive will be holding a LiveStream demo event for its upcoming release MMO, Salem.
The live demo chat will be hosted via Paradox’s Twitch.tv channel on Tuesday, September 27th at 3pm EST. In addition to getting a first look at Salem’s game play, fans will also have a chance to interact with developers and ask questions about the game’s development.
They’ve also solidified their release date to second quarter (first half) of 2012, a little bit later than their anticipated first quarter release.
Salem itself is an MMO RPG set in a fantastical New England as a free-form MMO. Players take on the roles of colonists from the Old World seeking to make a life for themselves in the area of a fantisized Salem, Massachusetts.
The game is a partially Gothic, cutesy game with lighthearted art to contrast heavily with the open plaver-vs-player permanent death combat.
