The Age of Conan: Unchained blog has been updated with the latest monthly update. The development team has laid out the House of Crom dungeon scheduled to go live before the end of this year.

The backdrop to the House of Crom has now been detailed, revealing that it is a series of ancient ruins originally built by Atlanteans and that has been largely hidden for over a thousand years. Now, with its discovery by Vanir excavators, players can enter and be amazed by the thrills and dangers within.
House of Crom is basically two large dungeons combined. One is a social dungeon that allows many players and multiple temas inside at once. The other is a 6-player instance event.
More details and background can be had on the Age of Conan website.
