Dungeon Fighter Online’s new expansion is set to be released on June 29th, and Nexon has released some new information on what players can expect, ranging from a new class to an avatar system. Here are some details on the upcoming DFO expansion:
Level Cap Increase, Faster Leveling and New Class
The level cap will be increased to 70 and DFO will be eliminating the Fatigue Point System. The developers have also adjusted the leveling curve, reducing the amount of experience points needed to gain levels. Players will also be able to play a new class, the Thief, with subclass advancements to Rogue or Necromancer. Preview the video on this class here.
New Town and NPC’s
The port city of Bahn Hafen, located on the Ospin Islands, will be a new accessible town for players. The Empyrean Army has slowly rebuilt the town after years of attacks from outside invaders.
New Dungeons
Seven new dungeons are being added, with one being a brand new dungeon area. Moreover, a new dungeon difficulty has also been implemented, called Hero’s Road. The new zone, Oceanic Express, features two instances.
Selectable Avatar System
Nexon is eliminating the Avatar Bazaar and implementing a Selectable Avatar System. The new system will allow players to purchase avatars, instead of randomly receiving them, from the same vendor and have more control over the appearances of their characters.
