Atlantica Online Rise of Riederan Released Today

Content updates via the new Rise of Riederan patch were released today to Atlantica Online players.  The large update includes several in-game content changes as additions, including a level cap increase and the new Pegasus Powers.

The level cap is now 150 and once players reach level 141, they can access the new Pegasus Powers for access to more domination.

Other updates include a cross-server marketplace for trading amongst players, which makes sense given the pay-to-win setup of this game’s monetization – another of Nexon’s slew of such games.

Still, AO has a good player base and these updates certainly don’t hurt.  A new mercenary, Mwindo, can now be hired by players (pictured) to wield extensive nature powers, with two spells including Primal Monsoon and Beating Sun.

The update caused many players to be unable to log in, however, but reports are that this has been remedied since.
