Aion Discontinuing Veterans Rewards

The Aion development team has announced that Veteran’s Rewards for long-time players will be ending in February.  When Aion 3.0 releases, they say, most of those rewards will become obsolete, so the system is going to be scrapped.

The VR won’t be completely lost, however, as developers do plan to look through them individually and restore those which still make sense.  Any rewards restored will mean that players who have earned them will see them return to their account.  This will take place after v3.0, though, and developers have promised more information after that release.
