Developers for Age of Conan: Unchained have given updates to lay out their plans for patches and updates from the next, v3.1 to the release of the

next adventure pack, which will be v4.0. This follows on to a September release notes update by the team (see earlier post).
The next patch, releasing this month, is v3.1 and will focus on the Dreamworld engine and changing behind the scenes technology issues to improve server performance and help players with some connection and lag issues.
v3.2 will release in early 2012 and will include a lot of updates including the House of Crom dungeon (see earlier post), new instances and world bosses, new social areas, The Jade Citadel raid area, and other content.
More raid additions will come with v3.3 in late spring/early summer followed by technical updates in v3.4 shortly thereafter.
At about that time, the next major expansion and adventure pack will release, now known as v4.0 and whose title has not been released by Funcom.
Lots of changes to Conan!
