I've been playing online games since the early MUDs, spending the majority of my time in UO. I've flirted on and off with EQ but the eternal grind simply wasn't my flavour. I've been playing WoW since Phase 2 of the beta spending a very large amount of time reading various articles and player feedback. I spend a fair chunk of time out of doors with friends, finding that talking to real people helps me offset the sometimes full day play sessions. I also do a lot of web programming, having set up various guild sites over the years. It might not seem like much but writing code and guides are very similar. You try to convey messages in the most legible and interesting way so that people come back to see you. I hope all my work has that effect.
